A good friend of mine, Stephanie, wrote in her blog saying that we should eat less to have a bigger chance of living longer. Apparently it has something to do with the ability of our cells to replicate and suppress tumor. As we get older, cell performance drops and its ability to prevent tumor cells from developing also decreases. It is why, cancer usually develops in people with the age of 50 years old and above. This condition can be made worse if we continue unhealthy foods. It seems unhealthy foods damage our cells faster. You can read the full article of her post here.

Belum lama ini persis di depan kosan saya ada telepon umum baru. Walau begitu telepon ini nampaknya sudah cukup populer. Terbukti hampir setiap kali saya mau keluar ada yang pakai. Terutama waktu sore dan malam hari.

Sekilas saya perhatikan, pemakai rutin telepon umum ini adalah pembantu rumah tangga, tukang bangunan, atau tukang dagangan; dan kayaknya sih dipakai untuk menghubungi yayangnya.
